Peter Heffron – Chaplain and Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Peter is our Chaplain, providing pastoral support to the entire Konsileo family. He is also our Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, joining the likes of Asha, Chris, Prina, and Sally in sourcing the best talent for the business.

Ordained Priest in the Parish of Northampton

Peter is an ordained priest and is serving his curacy in a large urban Parish of Northampton, supporting 15,000 people and multiple schools as well as being a volunteer chaplain for the NHS. He has 23 years in human capital management, focusing on talent acquisition and growth having worked in two of the largest Head Hunting networks, before leading his own recruitment practice for the last 19 years.
