Prina is Head of HR, having established the in-house HR function from scratch. She helps build our strategic HR capability, communicating with new and existing Client Directors. She also operates within our Talent Acquisition Function, recruiting the very best talent for Konsileo and driving our growth. She has a 1st Class Honours focused in BSc Management Science and is an experienced Head-Hunter, having recruited in the Commercial Insurance market for over 15 years. Within that, she has supported Plc and SME organisations in achieving growth. When she’s not working, Prina enjoys reading novels, going on countryside walks, and the occasional spot of gaming.
