Sally Courtney

HR Manager

Sally is our HR manager, meaning she deals with anything to do with people! She is involved in the onboarding process, as well as providing induction support and working with Lucy and Allan. Sally has been a people manager for half her life, having started working part-time at a local retail store and progressing into a management role. Following this, she worked as a practice manager for an award-winning 24hr veterinary hospital as well as two HR Advisor roles. Her qualifications include Level 3 Certificate in Peronnel Practice and a Level 5 CIPD Diploma and Human Resource Management. Her passion is supporting people and helping them become their best selves! When she’s not working, she’s usually walking her dogs (regardless of the weather…!) and has recently taken up swimming. Meditation and other wellbeing practices are essential for Sally, alongside reading and live music events.
