Vicky is a company director and member of our board, responsible for realising the promise we make to everyone who joins Konsileo to be the happiest, best rewarded, most professional they can be. With 20+ years experience in the finance, investor relations and the people functions in large multi-national companies like Procter & Gamble, SABMiller and Walgreens Boots Alliance, she was laterally Group Talent Director for online retailer Very. For 6 years she worked as an executive coach, in leadership development and consulting, where she integrated human-centred and progressive ways of working with how companies create value for all stakeholders. Having been inspired by Frederic Laloux’ work on teal organisations, she was thrilled to play a small role in the teal movement, through supporting the translation of Laloux’ book “Reinventing Organisations” from the text, to the illustrated version.
