Konsileo's Padel Networking Day
Business relationships aren’t built through emails alone. They’re built through conversations, shared experiences and time spent together.
That’s why Konsileo recently hosted a Padel Networking Day at Beaulieu Padel Club, bringing together insurance brokers, insurer partners and industry contacts for a morning of coaching, friendly competition and relationship building.
Designed to encourage meaningful conversations away from the office, the event combined networking with one of the UK’s fastest-growing sports. Whether attendees were experienced players or trying padel for the first time, the day was centered around collaboration, connection and having fun.

Why did Konsileo organise a padel networking event?
James: “I’ve been playing padel for a few months now and have made some brilliant connections through it. It brings together people of all ages and abilities. I took Andy to play and he loved it too, so we thought – let’s make it happen.”
Why choose padel instead of a traditional corporate event?
James: “Anyone can play padel. Golf has always been the traditional choice for corporate networking days, but they can often feel quite similar. Padel feels fresh, welcoming and genuinely inclusive, which makes it the perfect environment for bringing people together.”
Why are networking events important to Konsileo?
James: “It’s not always about what happens on the day itself. It’s about building lasting relationships with our clients, insurer partners and future partners. We’re all here to help one another succeed, and those relationships are often built away from the desk.”
What do you hope attendees took away from the day?
James: “I hope they’ve made valuable new connections, enjoyed playing padel and maybe even discovered a sport they’ll continue playing.”
What was your favourite moment?
James: “It’s hard to choose just one. Seeing every court full, people being coached and tournaments running at the same time created a fantastic atmosphere. A massive thank you to the venue for helping make it such a great day.”

James: “Awesome!”
