Best Insurance Employer SME 2024
The 3rd of July saw this year’s annual British Insurance Awards ceremony at Albert Hall. Hosted by Insurance Post. The awards celebrate the achievements of insurance professionals from across the industry. We were nominated for the Best Insurance Employer SME and bagged our fourth win – a record-breaking achievement!
What makes this achievement even more special is that it is based on a survey given to employees. It comes from the people who are truly experiencing the company culture rather than an external board. With almost 150 insurers nominated and 22 shortlisted, the numbers speak for themselves.
Best Insurance Employer SME – The Results
We achieved a near perfect score of 9.89 in EDI and a 9.64 when it comes to pay. As Prina Mashru, Head of HR, says in her post, “the work you put in is reflected directly in how much you take home – with no caps on your bonuses.” Also, we offer tax-efficient support such as generous pension contributions and electric car schemes, meaning our benefits go beyond money.
