Konsileo takes home Best Employer award at 2023 British Insurance Awards

At the 2023 British Insurance awards, hosted at London’s Albert Hall,  Konsileo has been named Best Employer (SME) at this year’s British Insurance Awards – making us officially the best broker in the UK to work for.

It’s the second year in a row we’ve won the trophy at the Royal Albert Hall, and it’s particularly special to us because it’s based on a survey of over 4,000 insurance professionals. So you’re hearing it straight from your peers – Konsileo is the best place for brokers to be. 

Criteria in the survey included benefits, flexibility, diversity, how organisations use employee feedback, and how they make people really feel valued.
