With over 19 years of experience in the industry, I still thrive off the technical challenge and client engagement that commercial insurance offers. I am primarily a specialist in Professional Indemnity (PI) and Financial Lines but have experience in a wide range of sectors. The complex and ever-evolving nature of PI means I am constantly developing knowledge alongside building strong, trust-based relationships. After working in a variety of positions across the industry, I have refined my analytical and problem-solving skills, in addition to gaining experience in strategic and operational planning. I am committed to high standards, integrity, and nurturing long-lasting relationships. Part of my role as a Client Director includes interpreting intricate policy wordings, assessing emerging risks, and tailoring solutions to each of my clients’ unique needs.  Getting to know my clients and their business is my utmost priority; understanding their operations, challenges, and ambitions means I can deliver solutions that are genuinely fit for purpose. Collaboration with both clients and colleagues enables me to continuously provide outstanding service.
