Rhiannon Morris – Client Director
As a Client Director specialising in Agricultural, Rural, and Farrier Insurance, I bring a deep-rooted understanding of the industry and a passion for supporting the people within it. My career began in an equine veterinary practice, where I first developed a strong interest in insurance through handling claims. This led me to a role at the National Farmers Union (NFU), where I worked closely with farming clients and deepened my knowledge of the sector. With a commitment to providing exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions, I focus on ensuring my clients receive the right cover at the best value—protecting not just their businesses, but their way of life. Having a partner who is a practicing farrier has given me first-hand insight into the service gaps in the farrier insurance market. I’m dedicated to addressing those gaps and raising the standard of service across the sector.
Farming and Agriculture Insurance Specialist
Beyond insurance, I am passionate about British agriculture and raising awareness of where our food comes from. My involvement with NFU’s membership and policy work included hosting events and lobbying local MPs to influence positive change in agricultural policy. Sharing a background with many of my clients allows me to truly understand their unique challenges and offer practical, informed advice that supports their success.
Working for Konsileo is a refreshing experience. They place trust in their colleagues, allowing me to place business with insurers that I feel most suit my client’s needs. They give me the flexibility to balance family life whilst also having a career.
Family and Fitness
When I’m not at work, I love to spend time with my children and go to the gym. I also have horses, so I spend a lot of my time with them riding and competing as an amateur.
