My role as client director means that I am responsible for looking after my clients, working with their requirements, and then placing insurance policies that suit their business needs. My main area of focus is construction, and within that I tend to specialise in hard-to-place risks. I have always done, and been interested in, construction insurance so I am consistently up-to-date with the markets available as well as having excellent knowledge of the concerns specific to the industry. I am passionate about speaking to people and understanding their concerns, helping me to create tailor-made insurance policies. My previous experience working at a range of brokers, from independent to large corporate, has given me invaluable insight into the complexities of the insurance industry as a whole. In addition, my Cert CII qualification has given me the technical knowledge necessary to understand how to place in markets.

Konsileo provides the flexibility necessary to look after three kids at three different schools! I am able to be in control of my time and how I spend it, so I can do what I need to do as well as be a good parent. Ultimately, this makes me more productive and more motivated, giving me space to be the best broker I can be without burning out.

When I’m not working, I go to the gym regularly, and when the weather is nicer I also cycle regularly! I also enjoy socialising and going to dinner parties.
