Vic Hughes – Client Director

My role as client director means everything to me as I have been able to reinvent and re-energise myself, propelling me to become the best broker I can be. I have specialised in motor for the whole of my career, handling anything from private cars to haulage, however I now want to start expanding into other sectors and challenging myself. The service I provide as an insurance broker is vital and I pride myself on giving professional advice, always ensuring my clients are at the heart of everything I do. My previous roles included underwriting, which gave me unique insight into insurer-broker relationships. Alongside being an underwriter, my Cert CII qualification has given me excellent product and market knowledge.

Having joined Konsileo, I now look forward to going to work in the morning; I feel like I am starting my career again, with refreshed levels of motivation and passion. The welcoming nature of the team immediately made me feel engaged. Being able to look after my family whilst working from home is a huge benefit and allows me to retain my work/life balance.

Family and Football

In my down time, you can usually find me walking my dogs, looking after my family, or fervently supporting Millwall FC!
